Talking Clipboard for android is a text to speech application for Android 2.1 and higher, that can read text from clipboard or read any *.txt file in UTF-8 encoding. You can also read text from the Clipboard, by clicking the button in the notification area. To set the voice and other properties, please use Text-To-Speech Extended. Please install OI File Manager and Text-To-Speech Extended first from the Android market.
